Click Forgot Password on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password.

Buffering may be due to slow internet speed. We recommend at least 5 Mbps for smooth streaming.
Go to My Account > Subscription and click Cancel Subscription. Your access will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
